Guardian: Guardian.co.uk will sell region-specific web ads in Singapore, with the expansion of Ad2One, an ad sales outfit that already sold its inventory in Australia and Ireland. The site, whose publisher Guardian News & Media also wholly owns paidContent:UK owner ContentNext, has Reuters selling its online ads in the US. Via NMA.

Ad spend falls: A PwC forecast says UK online ad spend’s growth will slow significantly this year, from 38 percent annually last year to 20 percent annually, all thanks to the down economy. The search segment will perform best, growing 30 percent. Property and jobs classifieds look uncertain, but cars and dating will bolster growth. Via MediaWeek. The pattern is consistent with this week’s Enders Analysis forecast.
