Bambuser deal: The Swedish mobile vidcasting rival to Qik and Flixwagon has signed its first commercial partner since starting in ‘07 - Finnish public broadcaster YLE will embed on its site live mobile vids from its news reporters, “to document everyday work life as well as a new way to report stories”. Here‘s YLE new media dev head Tuija Aalto.

MusicFish: Is this the name for Virgin Media’s forthcoming music service? Let’s hope not, for its sake. But Marketing mag reckons so. Virgin says no comment. Still only UMG aboard and Virgin says it’s still talking with other labels. Sky Songs has already launched.

French: France is pledging €2 billion in low-interest loans to telcos to encourage wiring up areas outside major towns. 500,000 people there don’t have broadband access. Via WSJ.
