—BSkyB (NYSE: BSY) music: Long after plans of the scheme first surfaced, more detail on BSkyB’s music download subscription service, run in partnership with Universal. The service, called Sky Songs, will reportedly charge from £4.99 per month for five tracks to £11.99 for 20 tracks and two complete albums, according to The Reg.

—Global Radio: The commercial radio giant is re-launching its Sunday chart show with a slight twist: listeners will be able to influence the top 40 by downloading tracks from iTunes during the show.

—Adult URLs: Ofcom has fined Richard Desmond’s porn TV channel operator RHF Productions £25,000 for displaying a URL for an 18-rated website on its portfolio of “Red Hot” channels. The URL was broadcast unencrypted and the site didn’t require age verification or registration. Ofcom says RHF breached four of its points on standards.
