—Kangaroo: Kangaroo is bowing to TV producers’ demands to abandon exclusivity on shows it will carry. PACT last week asked the Competition Commission to ensure Kangaroo gives rights back to show-makers after a set window. Now FT.com reckons Kangaroo has “backtracked” and will offer shows to other VOD services - important if it’s to refute those “cartel” claims.
