—Sky/Brightcove: Sky Italia is picking Brighcove for its sky.it sites. This will extend the pay-TV company’s web efforts with advertising. Content includes Serie A matches.
—Spotify: More real-world traction points. After getting a deal to sell its subs at Swedish Pressbyrån and 7-Eleven stores in September, it’s now taking it in to Norway’s 7-Eleven and Narvesen stores.
—NBC on BT: NBC Universal (NYSE: GE) International TV is licensing its shows to BT (NYSE: BT) Vision, including Heroes, Law & Order, 30 Rock and House, says NMA.
—Audioboo desktop: The mobile audio upload service is adding web-based recording an upload to its site on Wednesday, CEO Mark Rock tells TheNextWeb.
