We7 The music site’s premium service has gone live, as expected. In fact, there are two premium offerings - the £9.99-a-month option required for mobile listening and a £4.99-a-month alternative for web playback. With that, and Mog.com promising to undercut Spotify, the popular Swedish app may have price competition.

X Factor: Even more wannabes - the ITV (LSE: ITV) show is inviting entries from contestants via video upload this year. Last year, it tried a kind of karaoke singalong alternative. Via NMA.

Mobile internet: European Interacting Advertising Association research says 10 million UK folk use the mobile internet in a typical week, for almost an hour a day (6.3 hours per week).
