Buongiorno Buys Dutch Mobile Ad Firm HotSMS For $5.6 Million

Italy-based mobile content firm Buongiorno is buying out HotSMS, a Dutch-based mobile ad firm, for about $5.6 million plus a small earnout, reports RCR. HotSMS works with traditional advertising agencies and claims to have deployed more than 1,000 mobile campaigns for clients including Coca-Cola, Heineken, McDonald’s and Universal Music.
Buongiorno has been making small acquisitions in Europe and Asia, and has already announced three this year. Details of this deal in the PDF release.
