Customer Feedback Manager Fizzback Gets £1.6 Million VC Funds
Online customer feedback company Fizzback has raised £1.6 million in a round led by Nauta Capital and joined by Advent Venture Partners.
Advent funded the company to the tune of $5 million (now £3.1 million) in 2006 and previously backed review site Qype.
The new money will fund the company’s growth into Europe and the US—its UK clients include Carphone Warehouse, Tesco and Marks & Spencer. Fizzback claims to collect customer feedback at the point of sale, analyses it in real time—whether by email, text or phone—and help clients’ staff send back tailored responses. Release.
