Arizona-based digital marketing shop iCrossing is acquiring another European agency - Germany’s 3GNet - for an undisclosed amount. Founded in 1999 and with clients including Audible (NSDQ: ADBL), eBay (NSDQ: EBAY) and O2, 3GNet offers SEO, search marketing and affiliate building. iCrossing said it would expand its footprint in Europe (release). 3GNet will be rebranded “iCrossing Germany”.  In the last couple of years, iCrossing has bought paid search agency NewGate Internet, Anthony Mayfield’s Spannerworks social media PR outfit and marketing technology provider Sharp Analytics. It now has 620 staff in 15 offices.
