Mobile Gaming Firms In-Fusio, Filao Acquired By Zenops

Two in one acquisition: Bordeaux, France-based In-Fusio (and its subsidiary Mobile Scope) and California-based Filao Mobile have been bought by French company Zenops, reports Mobile Games Blog. The amount paid hasn’t been announced. Zenops seems to have focused on publishing mobile games for i-mode, and is looking at the acquisitions as a way to expand into other mobile markets. Zenops CEO, Pascal Boiteux, claimed that the acquisitions mean that Zenops is the “number two player in Europe” and is in sixth place in the western world. I’m not sure what this means for In-Fusio’s lawsuit against Microsoft.

    Number1 in Europe - ROTFL!
Only in cheating and breaking the law.
Against Zenops CEO Pascal Boiteux several investigations are running.
The police is very interested in his "business activites" across Europe, e.g. not paying taxes, employee salaries, etc.
