—INM: The Indy publisher has appointed Vincent Crowley its new chief operating officer, following the promotion of Gavin O’Reilly to CEO in May. Crowley has been CEO of the company’s Irish division since 2002 and has carried out various roles for INM since 1990. As a result, the MD of INM’s Irish newspapers business Joe Webb is made CEO of the Ireland division. Release.

—Adconion Media Group: The ad business’s MD Mike James has left the company after almost three years. No word on where he’s going or who’s next in line for his job, but the company says he will be replaced. From Media Week.
