Here are some of the latest executive hirings and exits from the world of digital media business…

Condé Nast: The magazine publisher is promoting its international deputy planning director Albert Read to be deputy managing director for Britain. Read was also Asia-Pacific business directly.

Microsoft: BBC marketing operations head Donna Hindson is returning to Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) UK as trade marketing director for its advertising and online division. Via NMA.

Boxwood: The management consulting firm has added Candover Investments CEO Malcolm Fallen as a non-executive board director, to add telecoms and private equity know-how.
