Glen joined the BBC’s profit-making wing back in 2006 as head of technology to bolster its direct-to-consumer development across emerging platforms. Earlier he had been director of international video services RealNetworks (NSDQ: RNWK) and, before that, he founded DEZ, an online video consultancy.  BBC Worldwide has recently lost digital director Dan Heaf to Channel 4 but will, on July 1, gain BBC future media and technology director Ashley Highfield as CEO of its upcoming Kangaroo VOD JV.
