Industry Moves: EasyJet Dana Dunne; BBCWW Chair; EPSN.co.uk Launch

EasyJet: Former AOL (NYSE: TWX) Europe CEO Dana Dunne has been appointed chief commercial officer at budget airline EasyJet, following his departure from the web company in June as part of a restructure.Marketing Week.

BBC Worldwide: Chairman xttiene de Villiers is standing down at the end of the month after four years in the role. He also relinquishes a non-executive directorship. The BBC trumps his contribution to BBCWW reaching £1 billion in sales for 2008-9 and in signing 44 JV channel agreements worldwide. A new chairman has yet to be named. Release.

ESPN.co.uk: The American sportscaster is looking for an assistant editor to work on ESPN.co.uk,  new site which will be expanded with original content to boost the company’s growing live UK sports TV portfolio. It’s mainly a marketing portal for the ESPN (NYSE: DIS) UK pay TV channel but the job ad says the suitable candidate will maintain blogs, update fantasy sports games and liaise with ESPN’s other sports sites. One of those sites, Cricinfo.com, is also hiring an assistant editor
