FTChinese.com: Financial Times is upping deputy commercial director Dan Molloy to president of FTChinese.com and Rui, its Chinese lifestyle magazine. Molloy will also head up business development and new product launches across the China and Asia-Pacific regions generally as well as newspaper, magazine and online ad sales in Japan and Korea, Guardian.co.uk reports. Based out of Hong Kong, FTChinese has over a million registered users.

Kangaroo: ITV’s (LSE: ITV) director for Project Kangaroo, Patrick Ugeux is leaving for Chellomedia, Flypaper reports. Ugeux joined ITV as marketing director in 2006 but latterly was responsible for launching the VOD TV. The Competition Commission inquiry, however, means that launch is delayed to next year - much to Michael Grade’s chagrin.
