Oberon Media: We reported last month that iVillage COO Ezra Kurcharz was leaving for a senior post at Oberon Media. The official announcement is finally out—Kucharz is EVP-North American online operations & global online platforms while Jeff Epstein joins as EVP/CFO. Epstein has been CFO for DoubleClick, ADVO and King World Productions.

Microsoft: The UK division has lost CMO Nick Barley to IT management firm CA. Barley had spent five years at Microsoft. He will be replaced by Matthew Bishop, who was last year appointed as business and marketing officer. CARelease. Via mad.co.uk.)

Match.com: Meanwhile, the dating service’s global CMO is also leaving. Matthew Welch is heading to mobile gaming firm Cecure for the same role. The UK marketing management position was vacated by Sarah Drew last week, now Welch’s departure leaves the company without a worldwide marketing head. (mad.co.uk)

AllRecipes: Cooking community site AllRecipes has hired Lisa Sharples, a Seattle-based online marketer and entrepreneur, as president. Sharples joins the Reader’sDigest unit from Classmates.com, where she had been SVP, Marketing since 2005. Release
