Rubicon Project: The online ad company is expanding its London staff with two former MySpace employees: Nikki May becomes a senior account manager and Luke Fenney joins with a brief to build clients’ revenue. Rubicon last month closed a $9 million round of funding led by NBCU’s Peacock Fund, while MySpace this summer axed two-thirds of its non-US staff.

Fox International Channels: The broadcaster has promoted London-based content exec Jason Simms to SVP of global acquisitions. From C21Media.net.

Endemol: The Big Brother producer has promoted Grant Ross, currently international director of its French division, to become the company’s director of international acquisitions. He replaces Lisette van Diepen, who has moved to Sony (NYSE: SNE) Pictures Television. Via C21Media.net.
