Media analysis firm Screen Digest has promoted head of broadband Arash Amel to oversee global strategy; he is relocating from London to Los Angeles. In his place, senior analyst Dan Cryan is becoming head of broadband, overseeing UK and European research analysis.

Cryan joined in 2004 and developed strategy for Screen’s broadband analysis service; he has consulted on online strategy for broadcasters and in December published a paper slating the Competition Commission’s prohibition of Project Kangaroo.
