Mobile Marketing And Tech Firm 2ergo Acquires Australia’s Wapfly

imageUK-based mobile marketing and technology provider 2ergo has acquired Australian-based mobile marketing firm Wapfly in order to expand its business into the Asia-Pacific markets, the company announced. The purchase price for the agency, which develops mobile internet sites and applications, as well as offering other mobile marketing services for brands, broadcasters and agencies, was not disclosed. 2ergo’s clients have included O2!, Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT), Fox News, and AT&T (NYSE: T).
