NetPlayTV, which operates interactive TV gambling games, is paying £70,000 to buy 7,600 mobile gaming customers from Rubberduck Consulting, which operates the Wippit entertainment download store and Cash Club, a £250 weekly mobile trivia quiz. NetPlay COO Gavin Whyte is a Rubberduck director.
