Exact Editions: The digital publishing business has launched the first local newspaper edition using its online page-viewing technology. The weekly Congelton Chronicle in Cheshire is available as an online replica for £25 a year (see the free preview)—that’s 48p a week, so it’s a discount on the 55p cover price. We understand that EE is also working on an iPhone app for the title. From the Exact Editions blog.

Archant Regional publisher Archant has launched three mobile sites, for the Norwich Evening News, Iford Recorder and Norfolk footy site Pinkun.com, on a six-month trial basis. The sites are built by Bluestar Mobile YOC Group which makes apps for Times Online, Sun Online, Mirror.co.uk and Telegraph.co.uk. From HTFP.

INM: The Indie publisher has—finally—put an end to its debt restructuring saga. The company won shareholder support for its finance package at an EGM in Dublin on Thursday and has already secured bondholder support. The sale of South African advertiser INM Outdoor was also approved. Release.
