Raindance.tv Gets £500K For Online Indie Films

Indie film festival Raindance has attracted £500,00 to accelerate its online operation. Raindance.tv recently inked distribution deals with 10 partners including Babelgum, Joost and BlinkBox as it seek to become a multi-platform brand for furthering independent, low-budget movie productions. But films can’t be watched at the organisation’s own website, which just links to those other platforms. Via Variety.
