Seedcamp has reached the half-way point in what is the second annual event for the digital media elevator pitch-fest. Last year, startups including blog plugin Zemanta and restaurant aide TableFinder won up to €50,000 each; this time, 23 more finalists are competing for seed and advice from a consortium of investors.
