Swiss Film/TV Distributor Diva.ag Gets VC Funding For Asia, US Expansion

Film and TV rights distributor Diva.ag has landed an undisclosed sum of VC funding from Creathor Venture today to help the Zurich-based firm expand into Asia and north America. Diva, launched last year, handles the aggregation and coding of video content for VOD players and sells digital versions of films and TV series to video sites like Babelgum and Joost on producers’ behalf. Diva digitises and licenses particularly independent films, documentaries, horror and hard-to-find classics.  Release.
