TNS CEO David Lowden Leaves In WPP Takeover
WPP’s successful £1.1 billion takeover of market research group Taylor Nelson Sofres last week has seen its first leaver - TNS CEO David Lowden left the company over the weekend, according to WARC. He is replaced by Pedro Ros, a former MD of global clients and services at TNS, who will report to Eric Salama, head of WPP’s research division Kantar Group. Ros heads the board of newly named TNS Custom and the company’s three regional executives Judith Passingham in Europe, Jamie Hall heading up Asia and Latin America and David Kieselstein in North America all remain in place.
