Tech-savvy Tom Watson found himself back to earth this week, resigning his role as UK digital engagement minister following Telegraph.co.uk’s investigation in to his food expenses. But the first MP to start a blog couldn’t not give some advice to new culture minister Ben Bradshaw from afar - we’re not sure his tweet really qualifies as a “question” but, with the Digital Britain report just a week from publication, his point is taken nonetheless…
