UK Property Portal Zoopla Launches With £1.5 Million In Funding
Zoopla, a new real estate portal for the UK market has launched with £1.5 million in funding from Atlas Ventures and several UK business angels, reports Alarm:Clock Euro. Fred Destin, a partner in the technology division at VC firm Atlas Ventures, has a lengthy post on the new company. Though the UK real estate market has no dearth of property portals, Destin believes Zoopla’s algorithmic tools that value houses and property and provide an economic snapshot of the market, among other things, will set them apart.
