Vizumi Network Takes On Paramount Movie Roster
Paramount Digital Entertainment International has done what it says is its first UK online deal to distribute film downloads to own and rent through a single service. The movie company will push films out via Vizumi, the download service operated by Arts Alliance Media (AAM), the pan-European digital film distribution network. Because its network includes Lovefilm - the online DVD seller in which AAM has a majority stake - and also powers downloads for Tiscali and Empire magazine, Paramount flicks will also appear on those platforms.

I do feel that the prices of legal movie downloads need to come down to attract more users. At the same time I believe the more people who use these types of legal download websites, the competition will increase and the prices will drop. Using websites such as Vizumi, AOL, Empire etc are 100% legal and safe. If you get caught downloading via a file sharing website such as Limewire then you could face imprisonment. I personally will not take this risk for the sake of saving a few £££ and keep on the right side of the law by using Vizumi’s excellent website.
