Ireland-based mobile services company Zamano has acquired fellow Ireland-based Eirborne Text Promotions for 1.7 million euros (US$2.3 million)—1.2 million euros (US$1.63 million) in cash and the rest in shares. Eirborne founders Gerard O’Keeffe and Paul Coyle will stay with the company for at least 12 months.
