Belgacom’s Skynet unit sells Extenseo to Aegis: Belgacom’s digital media unit Skynet has reached an agreement with Aegis Media Belgium Group to sell its Extenseo search engine marketing subsidiary. Extenseo was founded in 1998 and acquired by Skynet in 2005.

O2 Expects TO Sell 200K iPhones By Jan; Big Data Users Despite 2G Network: 200K iPhones should be sold in Britain by early January, in line with his expectations since the November 9 launch.

Internet marketing firm in £50m management buyout: Private equity investor Vitruvian Partners has invested as much as £55 million in UK search engine marketing company Latitude Group, which will be used to re-capitalise the business and fund a rapid growth program.

Dennis web ads to pass print: Dennis Publishing has predicted that it will generate more than half of its advertising revenue from online within two years…currently about a third of Dennis’s advertising revenue comes from digital advertising.

Speculative bid interest lifts Emap shares: Several media analysts said the possibility of a counter offer should not be ruled out although joint bidders Guardian Media Group and Apax Partners have moved to strengthen their position by buying 19.4 percent of Emap’s (LSE: EMA) shares.
