Mobestar Announces Agreement to Acquire Mobile Life

UK-based Mobestar has announced plans to buy the trade and assets of the privately-held United Kingdom based company Mobile Life Consulting Ltd for approximately £350,000 (US$664,000) in cash or stock. “Mobile Life provides an application which will allow Mobestar to extend access to its mobile video dating services to 3,000 wireless devices, PCs, and to emerging interactive and digital channels worldwide.” Mobestar’s service allows anonymous voice and video calls, the lack of which was apparently holding back a lot of online dating services from offering mobile services.
