News Corp.‘s Next Acquisition: $37 Million for Milkround: Report

The quest continues: Looks like the next News Corp acquisition will be Milkround, the UK graduate recruitment site, for around £20 million or $37 million. News Corp is rumoured to have muscled out Trinity Mirror and DMGT, reports The Telegraph, and the deal could be signed in weeks. It’s yet another smart move; Milkround is a very tidy, well-targeted product that will integrate well with News Corp’s other properties in the UK. Founder Tom Hughes will do well too - he started the site in 1996 without a salary.
