Polish Media Group Buys Into Game Developer
Polish media group MNI has bought a stake in Polish mobile game developer Breakpoint, spending 1.2 million euros (US$1.57 million) to buy a 57 percent share in Breakpoint…the deal is described as a merger. MNI develops a media for mobile communications, and supplies content for portals and IP television. It has plans to launch an MVNO. Breakpoint has distribution deals with Vodafone, T-Mobile and Orange. (press release)
