Former Telegraph new media director Hugo Drayton, who quit as Phorm UK CEO in December in a fall-out over strategy, is now taking over as CEO of video ad tech vendor InSkin, Media Week says. InSkin’s ad model wraps ads around publisher’s video player but leaves the videos viewable. Telegraph.co.uk…
