German TV operator ProSiebenSat.1 (FRA: PSM) has bought 25.1 percent of AutoPlenum.de, a car portal launched last year by publisher Holtzbrinck’s eLab and founder Malte Krüger. Dutch newspaper and magazine group Telegraaf Media Groep, which has the market-leading De Telegraaf title, has bought a 12 percent stake in German pay-TV group ProSiebenSat.1 (FRA: PSM) for €377 million in cash, in a move designed to reduce its reliance on dead trees. Looking to women’s fashion lifestyle network Glam Media in the U.S., German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 has acquired Munich-based Feeem Media, which is working on forming a women’s portal at Fem.com.
