Codemasters, Monumental Buying Swordfish Games Maker From Activision

Codemasters and Nottingham-based online multiplayer specialist Monumental Games have between them bought UK games developer Swordfish Studios from Activision (NSDQ: ATVI), now that the Guitar Hero maker has merged with Vivendi (EPA: VIV) Games.
